At Eden Presley, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully place your item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
